Introduction

It will seem crazy for you... but I have recently moved here from Livejournal. I moved for lots of reasons. Lots of my friends are on here, and LJ has a lot of issues when it comes to posting pictures and videos... etc.
I am just copying my recent posts, that is why I'll have a few on one day. Sorry. I'll get my act together soon! :)

Hello.
I am sort of new to this whole "blog" thing. I have had a private blog in the past, but decided to delete it. I found it that I was always just "pissing and moaning" and wasn't really solving anything. I feel that sometimes, having someone to bounce things off of, can be instrumental to the human spirit! It is always good to get a second opinion. And it is always good to get your thoughts out of your head!
I am going to attempt a new blog for a number of reasons. I love writing, I love my family, I love my friends, I love my life. I am blessed more than anyone really deserves to be, and I am so thankful for it all.

I am a young woman, I mean according to my friends, I am young. I will be turning 30 this October!!! Most of my close friends are in the mid 30s, and some are older still... therefore, I am the baby of the group.

I range from being the most mature to the most immature. I am very sarcastic, I love jokes, pranks, sports, music, tv... OMGosh, I am a tv junkie. I love to read, love internet, love going out, love being home, love cooking. Ok, not really cooking as much as baking. I don't have a sweet tooth, but love to bake desserts?!? Go figure. Love being outdoors, nothing better than being in the water on a hot/sunny day! Or being on the side of a mountain strapped onto a board; As long as I am able to go inside and warm up!

My favorite thing in the world is grilling and BBQs. If I could have a BBQ everyday, I would. I love the smell of grilling, I love the food, I love being outside, I love gatherings of any kind, not to mention the booze! ;)
You will find out that I love to use ... a lot, it is the way I speak, I suppose. Think of it as a pause. I will start a sentence with AND, OR, BUT, and BECAUSE, and I don't care. I am aware of the English grammar, but I still do it, b/c I wanna. hehe

I have a fabulous husband. He is the best. He respects me, he loves me, he appreciates me, he encourages me, he challenges me, he is not afraid to show his emotions, he is funny as hell too... not as funny as me, but that is always a battle. He thinks I have no humor, yet everyone I know tells me I am hysterical. I tell him that the reason he thinks I am NOT funny is b/c he is sooo funny, that I don't measure up.  I love that man! He tells me all the time how lucky he is to have me, but it is I, who is the lucky one. Truly. He saved me in more ways than one... but that's a whole other story.

I have a 3 year son. He is a perfect mix of myself and my husband. I mean down to facial expressions. This kid is by far, the funniest, most sarcastic, most polite, smartest, most daring, most loving little creature. There are a hundred-billion things he does in a single day, that I find myself feeling so lucky and so blessed to have him. It is wonderful how this little accident (though I prefer to say surprise), can change your life, and give you more meaning, more worth, more everything.

Wish me luck on this new adventure of blogging. I hope you come to enjoy my stories, opinions, and thoughts. And who knows, maybe we'll become friends.
